Site Reliability Engineer Cloud Solution 60% bis 100%

What you achieve

You help us drive the success of our hybrid and multicloud customers. To do so, you assess and review our customers' cloud solutions and provide recommendations and best practices to run a reliable service. Together with our customers, you establish SLI/SLOs and integrate the required data into our end-to-end event correlation suite. In addition, you support our on-call rotation to identify the root cause of major issues and facilitate the resolution process and postmortem actions. You dive deep into cloud stacks to solve issues with application availability and performance. While maintaining our own SLOs, you invest time to continuously improve our tools and systems by eliminating toil and tuning our processes. Working in an agile environment, you address technical challenges and make sure our tool stack is always at the cutting edge of cloud technology. In addition, you advocate for cloud-native services to modernize and stabilize the customers' applications and services.

Why you succeed



  • Degree (ETH/Uni/UAS) in computer or telecommunication sciences or an equivalent degree

  • Solid Linux sysadmin and networking (ideally SDNs) skills

  • Hands-on knowledge of distributed systems

  • Solid programming skills in one or more popular languages (Java, Python, Go)

  • Experience working with container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) as well as public cloud providers (such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)

  • Familiar with agile practices (Scrum, SAFe)

  • Able to collaborate with customers in line with site reliability engineering principles

  • Willing to work in an environment with 24/7 on-call support

  • Fast learner with high team spirit

  • Very good English
