EF Education First is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our in-house marketing Automation team in Zurich, Switzerland

 The Role

As an integral part of this truly global team, you’ll be based in our headquarters in Zurich, but all projects are and will be focused on our 55 international sales offices across the world. You will be responsible for helping to create our worldwide marketing automation strategy and ensuring that it is implemented and executed flawlessly at a local market level.

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist, you’ll be working together with the Head of Marketing Automation, your main responsibilities will be:

• Building and implementing complex customer journeys in SFMC with multiple channels


• Creating data extension out of complex data set using SQL


• Producing dynamic content


• Providing reporting and analysis solutions


• Utilization of relevant modules within Marketing Cloud


• Keeping up to date with developments in SFMC

The ideal candidate should have:            

• Extensive experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Connect)


• Strong SQL and relational data experience and skills


• Advanced AMPscript and HTML knowledge


• Experience developing technical documentation


• Previous business facing experience. Some business facing travel may be required.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment


• Four year college degree (computer science, computer technology or similar degree) preferred


• Fluency in English. (Any other language is an advantage)
