Your Mission


As the backbone of our Sales Operations team you will be responsible for planning, governance, and support functions. We’re looking for someone to take on this role to allow our Marketing and Sales teams to focus on delivering value.


Your Story



  • You have been in a specific Marketing Ops and/or Sales Ops positions for 3+ years, and you are very familiar with top of funnel management. 

  • You are no stranger to reporting, dashboards, funnel management, sales pipelines, forecasting, and analytics, especially when it comes to understanding our customers and providing insights to stakeholders.

  • You know how to get exceptional leads from the top of the funnel through to the sales pipeline and beyond.

  • You’re a team player who can train and support others on new internal processes as well as align on KPIs.

  • You never settle for the status quo. You’re always looking at how to best optimize and enhance marketing and sales efforts as well as their performance.

  • You always have an eye out for the next best thing by evaluating new technologies and add-on applications.

  • You’re comfortable with marketing automation platforms – ideally with Hubspot.

  • You’re a fluent English speaker who thrives in an international environment.

  • You can be described by your friends as friendly, independent, approachable, and honest.

  • Preferably you have experience with SaaS products or within the tech industry.
