We are looking for a Senior Data and Enterprise Architect who demonstrates initiative, has several years of professional experience in the lead of complex IT projects and a passion for working in a dynamic environment to strengthen the Group IT team. 
 
Your responsibilities  

• Act as Service Matter Expert (SME) for the enterprise data and Master Data Management (MDM) strategy
  
  
  
  • Design the MDM strategy by assessing current enterprise data models and requirements; design target data architecture
  
  
  • Ensure data lifecycle governance; Design GDPR relevant data processes
  
  


• Act as SME for data tools and platforms in target Cloud environment(s)
  
  
  
  • Sound understanding of pros and cons of data platforms from multi cloud vendors, in particular AWS, Azure and GCP
  
  
  • Design data migration, integration and distribution patterns in Cloud environments; design logical and technical common data models for the integration platform (iPaaS)
  
  
  • Sound understanding of ETL and ELT processes, Data Lake platforms and architectures in Cloud environments
  
  


• Act as SME for Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) tools and/or frameworks (focus on TOGAF, Zachman); ensure that applications and data meta-models are consistent


• Collaborate with other domain architects to design a massive Cloud-migration strategy


• Support security team to design data security solutions

Your profile

• Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or equivalent (University, University of applied Science)


• At least 5 years experiences as a Senior IT Data Architect and leading complex IT projects


• Experience in design of enterprise data and MDM architecture in a complex environment


• Experience in ETL, ELT, Data Lake, ESB, EAI, SOA, Microservices, DB development; design of Cloud data service with relational and un-relational datastore technologies Certification in EAM methodologies and/or Cloud platforms is a plus


• English proficient, German an advantage
