At present, we are looking for the Global Head of Talent Acquisition to be a vital member of the HR department that manages our hiring needs in Europe, Asia, and the US.


As HR, we are always working on improving our processes, learning the cutting edge practices, and then transforming them for our needs. One of our big projects, for now, is the implementation of a new hiring approach. Our team is locating in different countries — we have employees in Russia, China, and Switzerland. 


This role is located in Zurich and reports to the HR Director, but close direct interaction with the Founder and CEO is implied as well. Strong collaboration with C-level managers will also be necessary to select candidates that will bring the company to the next level.


Goals


In the position of the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, your primary goal consists in building a robust hiring system to fill in open positions and create a pool of strong candidates.


The other goals are the following:



  • Analyze the existing situation and processes and develop an action plan on how to make the new hiring approach implementation effective and smooth.

  • Create a compelling and attractive employer brand designing various campaigns, working with brand ambassadors and external/ internal professional communities, etc.


Primary tasks 



  • Scout the talent market to fill open positions taking advantage of as many unconventional resources as possible

  • Facilitate all recruitment activities in all company entities

  • Improve the candidate experience 

  • Study our hiring approach and continue its implementation and boosting

  • Become a center of recruitment expertise for the company’s management team (besides day-to-day cooperation with the hiring managers it also implies creating and implementing internal training programs to make the hiring managers familiar with our hiring approach)

  • Analyze the current workload and the hiring plan, and offer an optimal team structure

  • Lead a project devoted to enhancing the Employer brand


Required experience & skills



  • Not less than eight years’ experience in recruitment 

  • Not less than three years’ experience of leading a team, preferably international

  • Deep understanding of the automotive/ deep- and high-tech industry

  • Strong knowledge of a variety of hiring methods, including executive search

  • Work experience in the start-up field and large corporations

  • Experience in the execution of an employer branding project

  • English language proficiency at the level not lower than advanced or fluent

  • An extensive network in the automotive and tech spheres
