WE RECRUIT

To support our Retail Operations Team at our headquarters in Schaffhausen, for the duration of 6 months, we are looking for an

 

Intern Retail Operations (m/f – 100%)

 

 

In this challenging internship, you are in a headquarters position and work closely with the local platforms, which gives an international dimension to this internship. In this position you will report directly to the Retail Sales & Operations Manager

 

 

Start Date: 01.01.2021

Duration: 6 months

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing projects to improve international boutique operations from kick-off to execution


• Set-up of different reports and sharing these with our global markets


• Analyzing, collecting and sharing best practice implementation between all of IWC’s boutiques


• Market analysis and preparation of executive management presentations


• Supporting global implementation of quantitative and qualitative measures to enhance the
  IWC client experience


• Organizing regular exchanges within the international Retail community of IWC


• Initiating and implementing retail related projects

 

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Sales or similar field


• First experience in the field of Sales / Retail / Marketing


• Strong analytical and project management skills


• Dedicated and highly motivated individual with high affinity to our brand and strong enthusiasm for our products


• Hands-On Mentality


• Strong customer service mindset


• Very good computer knowledge and at ease with different software solutions, especially Excel (SAP knowledge is an asset)


• Fluent in English, German or French would be a plus
