The role:



  • Maintain #1 market share in Gaming Mice (Switzerland)

  • Grow market share for keyboards to become number #1

  • Drive growth of headsets & launch Astro brand

  • Be the number one brand in Wireless gaming peripherals

  • Build e-sports strategy locally to grow Logitech G awareness

  • To provide right balance in order to maximize product placement in the right channel.

  • Build strategies to integrate professional gamers and organizations in Logitech G programs.

  • Communicate the Logitech G story, promotions and partnerships across various channels.

  • Tie-up with major gaming titles to design a 3-way win-win collaboration to drive attach and maximize sell out with retailer/e-tailers.

  • Work closely with the cluster Gaming lead to ensure alignment on strategies and execution.   

  • Manage agencies and suppliers to derive superior business results.

  • Work collaboratively with the head of marketing on gaming strategies that ladder up to the overall business goals and objectives.

  • Assist in managing the field merchandising agency to ensure the correct execution.

  • Be present at all relevant gaming events, trade shows and retailer events.

  • Contribute to strategy planning with strategy implementations for offline (OFL) and online (ONL) channels.

  • Business analysis to highlight trends, portfolio gaps and opportunities, competition, DCS/SI/SO, and market share.

  • Report on monthly market share updates and bi-weekly on sales out.

  • Build relationships with key influencers and drive affiliate program.

  • Be the go to e-sports ‘guru’, developing the strategy and the know how to build the Logitech G brand across this channel.

  • Deliver a strong social media and influencer strategy utilising the partner agency.

  • Work closely with retailers to deliver a strong trade marketing program that delivers an outstanding in-store experience.

  • Deliver strong quarterly marketing plans that align with the gaming strategy and deliver core objectives utilizing the marketing budget allocated.


Key Qualifications:


For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:



  • Experience with full marketing mix, developing marketing plans and 360 campaign.

  • Experience working with retail partners is a Must.

  • 5+ years’ experience in consumer marketing (FMCG) or marketing roles in gaming industry or related companies is preferred.

  • Deep understanding of e-sports and how to build effective gaming communications.

  • The ability to analyse competitor strategies and innovate on best practices.

  • Strong online/digital capabilities to drive e-tail.

  • Strong organizational and program management skills.

  • Experience working with and managing external agencies.

  • Experience in developing a brand, strategy recommendations and successfully growing a product line.

  • In-depth experience in understanding customer preferences, attitudes and other factors that influence marketing plan and  campaign.

  • Ready to lead groups and ability to interact with partners.

  • Ability to use quantitative data and metrics to drive strategic decisions and marketing activities.

  • Self-motivated, passionate and high energy level.

  • Fluent in English (written & spoken) and German or Swiss/German;  French would be an advantage. Ability to be a genuine spokesperson for the region and be representative in EMEA.
