• A meaningful position within Investment Solutions & Products (IS&P) as Team Leader for the Credit Suisse Invest advisory mandates, with high exposure to senior management across the bank


• A position that will give you the opportunity to take care of some of the core topics of today’s banking and regulatory environment, namely the pay-for-advice contractual service model evolution, combining project development (CtB) and project management (RtB) tasks


• You will be leading a small team of highly skilled Business Project Manager who seek to enhance the visibility, profitability and value proposition of CS Invest globally


• Responsibility to shape the strategic direction of Credit Suisse’s advisory mandate offering, with the help of your team and management line


• The possibility to be involved in further strategic projects in IS&P, related to advisory solutions


• An energetic, dynamic and multi-cultural working environment

 

You Offer

 

 

• University degree or equivalent; further education e.g. MBA or CFA is an asset


• Minimum 5 years of professional work experience within a leading international bank or consulting company combined with project management practice


• Proven track record in managing a team of specialist in a dynamic environment


• Consistent track record in strategy, product management and project management including implementation experience (e.g. IT coordination)


• Extensive banking industry knowledge, with knowledge of investment products and profound understanding of Front and client needs


• Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills combined with result orientation and problem solving capability


• Attention to detail coupled with a good top-down perspective


• Team player with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills especially when interacting with senior partners


• Fluency in English (oral and written) and ideally in German
