We are looking for:


A dedicated professional with a strong interest in impact investing in emerging and frontier markets. We are looking for a candidate who will share our mission and vision and will integrate well with the staff and corporate values.


The position is based in our Head office in Geneva, with reporting line to the regional Investment Pipeline Manager. We offer a dynamic work environment in a growing industry and an opportunity to work in the social investment space with a for-profit company.


Job Description


Support the Investment Pipeline Manager on all their tasks, including:



  • Assists in preparing Investment Term Sheets

  • Prepares Investment Proposals for investment funds managers

  • Supports preparation of teasers for new investment opportunities

  • Management of the administrative process of investment proposals

  • Assists in preparing monthly management reporting

  • Participate in ad-hoc projects.


Requirements


Skills/qualifications/experience:


We are looking for a dynamic person, autonomous, and able to work in a dynamic and challenging environment. More specifically, we have the following requirements:



  • University Degree or equivalent qualification in relevant field (finance/economics/impact investing)

  • Strong interest and/or experience in emerging and frontier markets

  • Highly motivated, well-organized with a strong work ethic and a high degree of integrity

  • Ability to work independently

  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

  • Good IT skills (Excel in particular)

  • Takes ownership and accountability of tasks assigned

  • Fluent in English. Spanish and French are strongly valued

  • EU/Swiss national or valid Swiss work permit
