What you will do

In this challenging and varied role you support and further develop the data quality in all our HR systems like SAP HR and SuccessFactors to the highest standard possible. You are responsible for various HR Services topics and will regularly interact with your HR colleagues worldwide and provide quality services to our internal customers.  

 

Responsibilities will include

• Ensuring high data quality in all HR systems


• Responsible for various HR Services matters such as: SAP HR data maintenance, Time Management, organization management, SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and the roll-out of further planned modules


• Manage all aspects of HR data reporting


• Automatization of HR-related information flow within the organization


• Establish and maintain any HR Services related documentation for training purposes and process descriptions


• Improve and implement processes to decrease turnaround time and streamline HR workflows


• Supporting the global HR processes with the designated HR systems

 

What you bring along

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience


• Sound understanding of HR processes in an international environment


• Experience in Compensation & Benefits and HR Controlling


• Excellent SAP ERP HCM & SuccessFactors knowledge


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English


• You are a proactive, self-motivated and independent self-starter


• Data affinity, accurate, analytical and holistic thinking
