Reporting to the Head of the Global Aesthetics Business Unit head, and sitting on the GBU leadership team, the Global Head Pricing & Channel role is to establish and govern a global Strategic Pricing strategy (insights, competence, governance, and direction) both for in-line and pipeline products for the Aesthetics Global Business Unit.
The focus is on optimizing Strategic Pricing and guidance in close collaboration and coordination with the GBU Head, Finance, the regional GBU representatives, countries as well as various other functions (e.g., Commercial Operations, Market Access, Market Insights, Marketing, & Medical Affairs).
Through the cross-functional and cross-regional interactions, you ensure that global Strategic Pricing is in line with the requirements of both local markets and the Strategic Business Units. The role will also be accountable for Channel management across the full spectrum of a diverse customer base.
• Robust background in Strategic Pricing with at least 10+ years of professional experience in the Pharmaceutical & Lifesciences Industry
In-depth understanding of healthcare systems, payers, and processes in the US – a mandatory - and main markets (e.g., EU, JPAC, China, LATAM)
• Demonstrated communication and influencing/negotiation skills, ability to engage with key stakeholders on both a strategic or tactical level and to challenge existing ideas
Ability to negotiate and structure partnerships
•Solid Coaching and Leadership skills
• Strong management track record with excellent organization and planning skills
• Previous knowledge in skincare, Aesthetics, and Consumer Goods are a plus
