Job description


The E-Commerce Leader coordinates the e-commerce merchandising animations with product launches publication, email marketing, social media and advertising campaigns to drive sales. This role ensures Rado corporate branding and consumer experience by managing the overall content syndication for product information, imagery, videos, digital campaigns, social media content and other digital assets with all business partners.


Overall responsibilities



  • Support online business development (direct corporate e-commerce, marketplaces, platforms and 3rd parties wholesale) and KPI's monitoring

  • Drive overall e-commerce operations and new markets local roll out

  • Support digital marketing activity to ensure effective digital advertising focused on ROAS for SEA, email, display and social media

  • Ensure up to date web merchandising (cross sell and upsell), provide input for product publication, detail information accuracy, including call to action, image selection and campaigns creation

  • Work on a commercial activations calendar, including special occasions and implement best in class purchase experience (chat, order confirmation, unpacking, customer service, customer retention)

  • Liaise with local e-commerce and marketing managers as well as teammates and sales department to ensure key brand focuses are implemented

  • Coordinate the support to business partners about Rado online presence in their website and overall digital ecosystem platform

  • Monitor Rado brand consistency and product presentation within each digital account platform and their advertising campaigns (SEA, email, display, social media) as well as product placement initiatives

  • Develop web merchandising initiatives to boost Rado brand positioning and visibility in multi-brand digital account platforms (alternative products, related products, new in the website, etc.)

  • Consolidate digital marketing results and analytics, and support when needed in periodic reporting of sell-in and sell-out

Professional requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field

  • 2-3 years work experience in e-commerce, digital marketing and/or web merchandising

  • Knowledge of e-commerce dynamics, digital marketing principles and tools

  • Sound understanding of consumer omnichannel purchase behaviour and digital consumer experience optimization

  • Attention for details and very good sense of premium brand content

  • Passion for digital and curiosity for new technology


IT Requirements



  • Experience in content management systems and web applications (Magento)

  • Sound knowledge of web analytics tools (Google analytics or equivalent)

  • Excellent command of PowerPoint and Excel


Languages



  • Excellent written and spoken communication in English, other languages a plus
