Autoneum is globally leading in acoustic and thermal management for vehicles. The Company develops and produces multifunctional, lightweight components and systems for interior floor and engine bay as well as the underbody. To strengthen and further develop IT Security on a global scale we are looking for a

Global IT Quality and Security Manager

Switzerland - Winterthur - 100%

Your responsibilities

• Plan, implement, check and maintain constructive and Analytic quality assurance controls


• Implement an IT Quality Management Handbook (aligned to other Quality Standards and Tools) and Risk Based IT Quality Management System


• Improve Standardization, Best Practice and Automatization (eg COBIT, ITIL, ISO27000)


• Investigate in appropriateness of IT processes (LEAN “20-80 Rule”)


• Improve Test Management


• Establish a Risk Management Methodology


• Share knowledge to establish learning organization


• Outline required standard trainings for IT career paths


• Cooperation with corporate and regional teams


• Contribute to strategic IT projects

Your qualifications

• Formal Higher education in either Science, IT or Engineering


• Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI)


• ITIL V3 qualification(s) beyond Foundation


• Deep knowledge of IT best practice methodologies, like ITL, COBIT, PMI


• Knowledge of ISO and other Quality Assurance standards


• Detailed business knowledge and its processes specifically related to ERP


• Proven ability to size and phase theoretical knowledge to actual situation


• Talent to achieve improvement through evolution instead of revolution


• Demonstrated Analytical roles and utilization of change management techniques


• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
