In order to complete the IT solution for Human Resources Department, we are currently looking for a HRIS Product Manager - Compensation.


 


Together with your Product Group Manager for Employee Lifecycle (HR Core, Time Management, Payroll) & Total Rewards, you will be responsible for Total Rewards product area within this Product Group. 


Below would be high-level responsibilities for you in the scope of technologies supporting Compensation area within HR Total Rewards function
-    Define go-to-market strategy
-    Elaborate product vision and vision execution 
-    Ensure the end-to-end value delivery (including user adoption). You will also manage the internal / external team(s) developing the capabilities as well as the stakeholders receiving the capabilities and can deliver value to other products and product groups.

Scope of Compensation Product is aligned with that of the Compensation area withinTotal Rewards function within the Group HR. Below is the breakdown of this product area. 
•    Annual Salary
•    Short Term Bonus
•    Long Term Incentives
•    Executive & Global Assignees Pay
•    Recognition
•    Position Evaluation & Grades Management
•    Compensation Modelling
•    Total Rewards Statement
In the future the above maybe extended to Sales incentives management, Benefits among others.


Your will be responsible for this product from “ideation and strategy” through “continuous value management” to “retirement”.


Your typical day-to-day activities include:
•    Orchestrating internal and external multi-functional stakeholders to define, validate and refine product vision, strategy, definitions and roadmaps
•    Define the long-term automation and digitalization roadmap to enable business outcomes from this product
•    Analyze reports provided by the performance manager for insights on product impact and adoption in market. Work with customers – Group HR Total Rewards function to define and validate specific key value indicators (KVIs); define with team key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve the product value
•    Analyze competitive landscape, specifically for Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) / value for money to inform the product strategy before and during product life
•    Understand the business risk appetite and delivers applications within that acceptable risk level.
•    Provide support to Group HR Total Rewards function and its Centers of Competence and Centers of Scale located around the globe


 


What will make you successful



•    Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably computer science or HR 
•    5+ years of experience in a HR Software company or product based HRIS organization 
•    5+ years of Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams    
•    5+ years of experience of implementing & sustaining Successfactors Compensation, Variable Pay, Recognition, SAP Analytics Cloud – Compensation Modelling modules at a global scale with integraton into SAP Payroll and Successfactors Employee Central for white collar and blue collar populations
•    Understanding of latest software development methodologies 
•    Working experience of Total Rewards topic – latest trends, best practices and available technology vendors
•    Working knowledge of consumer research and UI/UX         
•    Experience of effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English
•    Leadership Skills: Ability to influence without authority, create alignment, lead by example, promote an open culture and our values in a sustainable way. When required, you will also coach, define effective development plans and assess talent, building the right capabilities for the team and for the organization long-term success.
