To strengthen our IT & R&D team, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to help structure, organize and coordinate. You will join a fast-paced team driving in an international environment. The position of Project Manager is a full-time and permanent position based in our city center office in Basel, Switzerland.

As Project Manager you will:

• Collaborate with the Product Owner and Tech Lead about the feasibility of ideas and advice on technical solutions / limitations


• Define the short to mid-term product roadmap in terms of IT development, plan activities


• Understand stakeholders’ requirements and translate them to technical specifications


• Estimate the development time and ensure the efficiency of the development phases


• Track and report progress to the Product Owner and to the IT manager


• Team management (talk to developers, plan and assign tasks, analyse the work done, etc)

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in computer science, a Master is an advantage


• At least 5 years of experience in software projects leading


• Solid IT skills and solid understanding of digital products


• Robust experience in software development process methodology


• Excellent written and spoken English skills


• Detail oriented with the capacity to see the big picture


• Able to think outside the box to identify and solve problems whilst developing creative and innovative solutions
