As a GTP within our HR department you will
Rotate through various Vontobel Human Resources departments
Understand how closely HR collaborates with the business and how the various teams interact with each other
Experience the different modules “Talent Acquisition”, “Compensation & Benefits”, “People and Organisational Development” and our “HROS, as operations excellence team”
Have the chance to start on October 1, 2021 and conclude the program September 30, 2023 (24 months)
After completing this program, you will have gained a holistic overview of Human Resources in a financial institution which will set you up for a successful career start within Human Resources, no matter which specialization you should choose in the long run at Vontobel as Recruiter, HR project manager, Learning and Development Specialist or HR Specialist within Compensation & Benefits.
The Human Resources team at Vontobel has close interactions with all business lines. Throughout your rotations, you will be in touch with different stakeholders, gaining insights across the full employee life cycle.
You will learn a strategicalappraochtorecruitmentaswellashands-on experiencewithtargetedsourcingandrecruitmenteffortswithinthe Talent Acquisitionteam.
Withinour Organisational Development team, You will be involved in supporting various learning, talent, performance management and employee engagement related projects.
WithinourCompensationandBenefitsteam, thereis a chance to supportwiththereviewoffringebenefitsandthecomplexitywhenhandling international employeesandlocations.
Withinour HROS team, you will also push ouranalyticalthinkingacross all HR departmentsandwork on digitalization & processoptimization.
In addition, you will be able to get involved and lead one or multiple projects of strategic relevant topics such as for example HR Analytics, Employer Branding awareness, organisationalChange, Diversity & Inclusion or Employee Health.
Your teams will be located in the center of Zurich, at Gotthardstrasse 44.
Your background includes..
A Master’s degree (university or university of applied sciences),
you can apply with a maximum of 2 years of work experience after completion of your masters.
A study background in psychology, economics, laworsimilar (quantitiveaspecttostudybackgroundis a plus)
At least an internship or one working experience within HR
