Job Description
Our company is looking for a dynamic End to End Supply Chain Planner who will be part of the Women’s Health End to End Supply Chain organization managing the Oral Contraceptive brands.
In this position you will be responsible for meeting inventory targets, maintaining supply to markets and make the most efficient use of site resources for the manufacture and packaging.
You will work closely with Product Leads/Value Chain Manager to define, align and support brand strategies (e.g: New Product Launch, Network Transfer and Portfolio Optimization) and will be part of the Global Supply Chain Management Organization.
Accountabilities:
Create supply plan for Finish Goods, Bulk and API (up to 36-months-horizon)
Manage Purchase Order/Stock transfer orders
Adhere to Escalation Management, Information flow and escalation in Tier process.
Participate and representing Product portfolio in Site Supply Reviews, Global Supply
Review and Demand Review
Allocation Management in case of unbalancing situation between Demand and Supply
Maintain the Master Data and Planning Parameters
Inventory Reporting & IQV Management in relation to product portfolio
Supply Chain optimization in relation to product portfolio
Profit Plan, Volume Plan
Network Changes / Transfers
Product Lifecycle Management (Launch / Discontinuation)
Monthly Scorecard Reporting of Standard KPI`s / Metrics
Skills required:
Knowledge of Supply Chain Operations and Management principles
Strong leadership skills, the ability to influence people and behaviours
Advanced knowledge of SAP and Rapid Response
Strong experience of Supply/Demand planning IT tools (preferably as Super User)
MS Office experience (proficient Excel user)
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Solid experience in Supply and Demand planning
Previous experience gained within the Pharmaceutical sector, preferably within contraceptive franchises dealing with highly capacity-constrained production environments

Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, Science or Business
APICS CPIM or CSCP certification or any other post graduate education in SC Management is a plus
