Tasks

• Conduct staff planning for your teams


• Ensure the continuous development of your team members: Act as a coach and ensure they receive necessary training


• Collaborate in hiring process and in onboarding for new team members


• Foster self-organization and autonomy of your teams


• Plan team capacity for product development and maintenance activities


• Foster smooth cross-location communication and good collaboration between teams, stakeholders, partners and customers

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, aeronautical engineering or another related area


• 3+ years of leadership experience and employee development


• Good knowledge and work experience in agile development methods such as DevOps and others


• Experience in collaboration with near and offshore development teams


• Aviation know-how is a plus


• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey complex facts in a precise and easy to understand way


• Strong collaboration and intercultural skills


• Very good self-organization skills


• High results orientation, reliability and flexibility


• Entrepreneurial mind-set


• Strong English (written and spoken), German is a plus
