You will support Sustainable Asset Management activities globally and work closely with investment specialists, research analysts, portfolio managers, institutional and private banking sales, corporate communications as well as legal & compliance. Responsibilities

  • Create high quality Asset Management marketing materials, including investment-related content, ensuring professional and consistent look & feel, as well as coordination of international legal approvals

  • Produce and develop recurring publications

  • Proofread and edit Asset Management specific content to ensure highest quality

  • Manage marketing projects involving multiple stakeholders in a professional and efficient manner

  • Actively support digital marketing activities by taking on responsibility in developing intranet and website content

  • Analyse marketing materials with respect to the competitive environment and generate new ideas to improve our marketing activities

Profiles

  • Experience in the creation of product marketing materials and content editing in the Finance industry or Asset Management

  • Professional command and ability to work in English speaking environment; Native French and/or German speaker preferred

  • Good understanding of Asset Management services and products and how they are promoted traditionally and digitally

  • Ability to manage projects from start to finish, taking a proactive approach and managing multiple stakeholders with high attention to detail

  • Excellent MS PowerPoint and Word skills

  • Can-do attitude with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines with a hands-on, enthusiastic and client-centric approach

  • Creative way of thinking while paying high attention to detail and consistency
