  • An exciting opportunity as the Executive Assistant to the Co-Head of Investment banking advisory within the International Wealth Management Division, based at the head office in Zurich

  • The chance to provide full administrative and organizational support for extensive diary management including preparation and coordination of internal and external meetings and video conferences as well as related international travels

  • The opportunity to bring in your outstanding organizational skills and proactive ideas by supporting many of the day-to-day activities in the department and preparing leadership meetings and workshops

  • The accountability to ensure diligent handling of monitoring and controlling tasks around expenses, systems access, working hours and supervisory controls

You Offer

 

 



  • A proven track record of minimum 5 years in a similar role, preferably in the Banking sector

  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written) as well as strong time management, organizational and planning skills

  • Strong ability to prioritize and take care of a number of tasks simultaneously and pay close attention to high quality and detail, demonstrating assertiveness and respecting the highest confidentiality at any time

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive can-do attitude, the ability to think and act quickly, and confident to work on your own initiative, with a certain flexibility around working hours

  • Excellent MS Office Outlook skills, advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint are a plus

  • Fluency in English and German is required
