Sustainability, Research and Investment Solutions (SRI) is a newly built Division supporting Credit Suisse to become a leader in content, insights and sustainability to drive the bank’s long-term growth and strategy at large. SRI delivers to a variety of key stakeholders:

An opportunity to play a key role in a newly built Risk and Regulatory team based in Zurich, providing risk, regulatory and audit dedication oversight and supporting the design, implementation and maintenance of a robust risk governance framework across the SRI Division
A proactive role in the management of operational risks through effective governance forums, reporting and analysis
Active monitoring of open action points (Compliance, Internal Audit, Regulatory Reporting, Risk & Control Self Assessments, Incidents) to ensure issues are addressed within an appropriate timeframe
Collaborating and working with our partners within the SRI Business Areas and the Corporate Functions on various cross SRI initiatives
Performing read across of emerging themes in the business areas to help identify and prevent potential issues
Working in an environment where flexibility and proactivity is appreciated as well as the ability to perform deep work when required

You Offer
You offer
Experience within a regulator, a regulatory control function or a business unit substantively contributing to the management of regulatory or control related risk is highly preferred
Excellent project management skills
Minimum of 8 years’ experience working on risk, control, regulatory and or audit related topics and a strength in interpreting rules, regulations or policies and performing risk assessments
Experience in working closely with audit functions and the management and reporting of audit issues
Experience in developing and implementing a risk and/or governance framework
An ability to synthesize information from various sources and present a holistic picture for risk management purposes
An ability to think conceptually and clearly communicate your ideas
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in English is a requirement with German language skills seen as an advantage
