• Work in strategic SUB Operations projects and drive the design, implementation, optimization and further development of the strategic Target Operating Model for SUB Operations forward


• Drive transformation agenda to move towards Operation’s strategic goals. Challenge status quo, prioritize activities and push implementations to generate maximum value for our partners and SUB Operations


• Continuously search for strategic opportunities for SUB Operations to support our own and our partner’s efforts to generate and assess business opportunities and to contribute to the bank’s strategic initiatives


• Contribute to the project as a Senior Business Analyst / Senior Consultant to design elements of the operating model and take over the stream lead to analyze existing Operations processes and functions, optimize them and move them into the target state


• Collaborate with delivery organizations and Operations to define and implement a book of work under a strategic three-years perspective


• Support and/or manage continuous improvement projects and streams in collaboration with Operations, IT and your peers – ensure successful delivery in an ‘agile’ working mode


• Work with project management as well as Operations senior management to report the status of your work transparently

You Offer

 

• Excellent university degree or equivalent


• Proven track record in Business Analysis and/or Consultancy of 6+ years including process analysis, modeling and design and strategic development


• Outstanding experience in project delivery as a Business Project Manager of 5+ years


• A successful track record in the financial industry, preferably with a background on Operations/Back-office process design and/or management


• Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, creativity and persistency combined with a strong delivery orientation and strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a highly client oriented attitude


• Constructive and reflective approach to your work and to a feedback culture combined with the passion to continually develop yourself and your working environment


• Experience and confidence in dealing with all levels of management


• An open, communicative personality with a very good command of written and spoken English, and German as a must!
