Manager Recruitment and HR Operations (90-100%) M/F


Job description


As an addition to our HR team, we are looking for a motivated, self-driven and hands-on Manager Recruitment and HR Operations.


This challenging and diverse position will include the following tasks and responsibilities:


Recruitment



  • Lead the complete recruitment process throughout the Molecular Partners Group

  • Select and hire high caliber, purpose-driven talents by managing various recruiting channels and partners and by involving internal stakeholders

  • Organize and execute interviews with potential candidates

  • Optimize internal sourcing and talent scouting approaches, ensuring a seamless recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers


HR Operations



  • Administer entire HR operational/ employee life cycle alongside an HR team colleague (excluding Payroll and Learning & Development)

  • Manage all employment related agreements, e.g. unpaid leave, maternity process, reference letters, compensation statements

  • Manage HR records, data consistency and ensure sensitive data is compliant with current legislation and internal requirements

  • Counselling of line managers and staff on employee related issues, policies and procedures, employee regulations and communication

  • Collaborate with business leaders on various ad-hoc projects


Requirements


For this position, we are looking for a highly motivated individual bringing along:



  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience and excellent track record in the HR field as HR Recruitment and Operations Manager, preferably in Pharma/Biotech

  • Commercial apprenticeship and/or BSc paired with additional HR qualifications (e.g. CAS in HR or Personalfachmann/Personalfachfrau)

  • Excellent oral and written English and German skills

  • Strong planning and organization skills, with a sharp eye for details

  • Able to stay on track in a fast-changing and challenging environment

  • Known for your can-do attitude when tackling everyday tasks
