We Offer

 

An exciting role within the important and growing Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI) Client Management Team on the UK desk, located in the International Wealth Management UHNWI segment of Private Banking Europe in the heart of Zurich



  • You collaborate closely with and provide support to Senior Relationship Managers, servicing sophisticated UHNWI client relationships with a focus on the UK market

  • Daily contact with our professional clients (e.g. family offices, asset managers, professional investors) as well as with our bank's internal specialists (product, credit, risk, legal)

  • You deliver tailor made advice, services and product offerings of Credit Suisse AG to clients from the whole UHNWI segment

  • You will handle intricate account openings (e.g. domiciliary companies, trusts, foundations) for offshore clients and execute all tasks and processes of the life-cycle of a Private Banking account

You Offer

 

Do you have a completed Banking apprenticeship with further education or a University degree combined with at least 3-5 years of working experience, preferably in an area where you work well with clients?



  • You are either undergoing or have already completed the SAQ certification

  • Experience within the financial industry and/or Client Servicing in combination with knowledge of Private Banking processes as well as complex account openings

  • You demonstrate interest in understanding the risk, compliance and various regulations involved within our business

  • Strong communication skills and a mature mind-set which enables you to deliver a strong customer service experience

  • Fluency in English is needed for this role
