To strengthen our Information Technology organization, we are looking for an exceptional Sr. Business Systems Analyst, ERP, based in Geneva and reporting to Senior Manager IT.
Role Purpose:
We are searching for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to join our global IT Enterprise Business Applications Team.
The ideal candidate should be able to establish a deep partnership and highly productive consultative relationship between IT and our internal Business Partners. The candidate will have full scale end to end SAP implementation and administration experience as a technical team member. He/she’s objective is to partner with internal stakeholders and software teams in both Europe and the U.S.to design and optimize software systems and business processes to address the needs of global Finance and Supply Chain processes. The candidate must be able to perform functional requirement gathering and implement these through system configuration, customization of forms, fields and workflows. The incumbent should also be able to perform data migration, end user training and ongoing support. We are looking for someone who is self-driven and motivated to put out a quality solution that meets business expectations and needs.
The incumbent will collaborate with the Redwood City and Madison, WI ERP implementation team, Business Process Analyst group, Platform management team and external vendors to ensure requirements are met and provide general training and support to the business users. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager IS Client EngSvc&Sup. This role’s primary responsibility is to provide end-user support for SAP users in the Finance and Accounting teams. This role will partner with business stakeholders to review processes, configure our SAP system and provide day to day support while maintaining compliance with functional and company policies and protocols.

Key Accountabilities and Duties
• Function as primary Business Systems Analyst with strong SAP implementation experience for our International Business Units.
• Perform Administration and solution development using SAP as a platform, including data configuration, workflow, data extracts, saved search and reports development.
• Help analyze current (manual) business processes, recommend forward looking processes and deliver solutions to improve quality and effectiveness of our Business partners.
• Lead requirement elicitation workshops that bring clarity to prioritized business needs and distinguish solution ideas from requirements.
• Review the solution design to gain business sign-off as deemed fit and meets business requirement expectations.
• Work with the ERP team to implement solutions within SAP, including configuration alignment and/or customizations to accommodate for functionality gaps.
• Handle change management to implement new business processes and IT systems across functional teams.
• Guide the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process including documentation of user acceptance test scenarios along with expected results and resolution of concerns arising in UAT.
• Support and maintenance of data processing flows for global revenue, accounting and billing, supply chain and manufacturing processes.
• Evaluate input gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and build collaborative, high value solutions.
• Collaborate technical deliverables from 3rd party vendors for SAP related projects.
• Resolution of support tickets for technical issues reported by end users.
• Support of SOX, ISO based processes to ensure changes made to SAP are compliant.

Required:
• 8+ years of experience in business systems analysis and systems project and operations work in the ERP domain.
• 4+ years’ experience with SAP SD and FI-CO modules and general understanding of integrations with other SAP modules (i.e. MM, PP)
• Should have and understanding on multi-currency, financial consolidation, multi-book accounting and supply chain processes.
• Should have domain knowledge in ERP processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Supply Chain Management).
• Ability to interact and collaborate with end users, vendors and other team members from the business and technical domains
• Financial systems and business process improvement experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills in planning and designing creative solutions to meet customer needs.
• Experience in working across multiple time zones and in an independent yet coordinated fashion as part of a business or technical group based in a satellite office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance Systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3PL Integration experience.
• Industry experience within biotech, healthcare or life sciences.
• Experience working in a global company with business users in Europe and USA.
• Knowledge on Cloud Integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Celigo, Jitterbit, etc.
