• An impactful position as the Technology Architecture Lead of Swiss Universal Bank (SUB) IT as part of the Site Reliability & DevOps cluster


• A platform to provide technical leadership, mentorship and development support to our technical talents in SUB IT


• The opportunity to define and align the technical architecture strategy and roadmaps for the SUB division


• Advising our SUB value streams and SUB IT leadership team on Cloud technology adoption and consistently address reliability, security and business continuity requirements across our business division


• In partnership with divisional and group IT stakeholders the delivering and maintaining of Technical Development Reference Models and Reference Architectures that enable effective DevOps application


• An opportunity to maintain a strong internal and external network to identify technology trends, learnings and practices and advising our divisional stakeholders on business value driven adoption opportunities 

 

You Offer

 

 

• Extensive experience (8-10 years) of leadership in a larger organization with focus on IT Technology and IT Infrastructure


• Profound understanding of Cloud technologies and experience in its adoption in a global and complex system environments


• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent


• A good understanding about trends of a broad range of infrastructure platforms, technologies and tools


• Proficiency in balancing partner views and interests and capable to engage with very senior leaders with different professional and cultural backgrounds in merits of technology strategy, articulating business benefits in very tangible ways


• You are recognized for your inspiring, client-focused and engaged behavior


• Excellent analytical skills combined with a strategic attitude which you demonstrate to structure complex issues


• Good interpersonal skills with proficiency in English and ability to speak to both the business and technology leadership
