Our Swiss manufacturing and development site in Bevaix is IATF 16949 certified; it employs 70 people and is wholly recognized as one of the worldwide leaders in digital pressure sensor systems. Only weighing a few grams, our products are designed to be implemented in diverse applications in the automotive, consumer and industrial markets.

 

To strengthen the ASIC team, we are looking for an entry within the best delays for a :
ASIC Layout Design Leader (m/f/d)
DEPARTMENT: RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

 

In this position, you will be leading the analog layout activities for ASIC development. You will be in charge to manage the layout design activities and associated resources and you will be responsible for top-level integration and tape-out.

 

MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Definition, development and management of analog layout design activity


• Working on the top-level integration and analog block level layout


• Driving and supervising the analog layout activities


• Close collaboration with design team for area estimation and floorplanning


• Set up the workflow for top-level layout and review 


• Management of the layout teams and external partners


• Prepare the MPW and product tape-out and interface with Foundry partner


• Participate in ASIC project definition and planning

What your background should look like:

• Master’s degree in Electronics and Microelectronic or equivalent degree


• At least 10 years of professional experience in digital IC Design


• Good experience on analog layout, DRC, LVS and top-level floorplanning, especially on Mixed-signal design and switching capacitor circuit


• Top-level layout and IP integration experience


• Tape-out preparation, job review and Mask set inspection


• Knowledge of digital backend flow


• Capacity to work independently, to respect deadlines and to handle several projects simultaneously

• Energizing and result-oriented


• Open minded and intercultural awareness


• Fluent in English; French language skills would be beneficial
