Business Product Specialist

Position Overview

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Proactive and independent member who demonstrates an analytical way of thinking and a rapid grasp of investment concepts across asset classes and solutions


• Support the launch of dedicated sales initiative on quarterly and monthly high conviction solutions across EMEA within the sales cycle framework


• Identifying key market topics in a target oriented manner. Facilitating the efficient information to front and Clients via effective Updates. Investment Ideas generation


• Directly and closely interacting with front Investment Managers, Relationship Managers, Chief Investment Office (CIO) and our products “investment engine”


• Organization of flagship monthly sales meeting, regional product council and roadshow events across EMEA


• Regional Core offering ambassador and go to person. Funds solutions gatekeeper and specialist.


• Providing actionable analysis and advice to close Client’s strategic asset allocation gaps


• Lead initiative to optimize balance sheet management (liquidity and lending)

Qualifications and Skills:

• Rounded knowledge across asset classes, solutions (funds, structured products, capital markets, private markets) and vehicles.


• Ability to present, convince and have impact in one to one interactions and broad audiences. Keen negotiator and objection handler.


• Critical thinking and passion for innovation. Knowledge of product marketing.


• 6+ years of experience in client investment related functions coupled with a natural passion for investment advice


• Fluent in English, German a plus


• CFA or other certifications a plus
