Job Description
24 million patients our access programs reached yet billions of people still lack adequate access to quality healthcare. As a Senior Manager within the Corporate Reporting & ESG team you will play a leading role in helping Novartis respond to stakeholders and help shape our business on ESG issues.
Purpose:
To play an important role within the communications function focusing on addressing environmental, social and governance issues.
Your Responsibilities:
• Lead the responses to high priority investor and civil society ratings on Novartis ESG performance.
• Engage business units on how to improve ESG performance adding value to their roles.
• Support the development of the Novartis reporting suite and in particular Novartis in Society report.
• Help with the transition to digital forms of communication to engage stakeholders more effectively on ESG issues.
Minimum requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
• Four years of experience in ESG ratings (e.g. DJSI, MSCI, CDP, ISS Oekom,etc)
• Four years of experience in non-financial reporting to industry standards (e.g. GRI, SASB, , etc).
• Experience in access to medicine would be desirable but not an essential requirement
Near native English language skills
