We are looking for a high-performing manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and team revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our team potential, crafting sales and growth plans and justifying those to plans to our team.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Managing and building up a team of subject matter experts in LifeScience industry
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of team representatives
Sourcing, Interviewing and Recruitments of new Consultys team members
Present sales and revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the team
Identify market trends and shifts while being fully aware of new industry solutions and competition status
University degree in Quality, Engineering, Sciences or another relevant discipline
Successful previous experience as a sales manager representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets in LifeScience (Consulting) Industry
At least 3-5 years of experience within a GMP-regulated environment, preferably in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices industry
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Sense for mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Fluency in English is required, German, French or Italian would be a plus
Hands-on personality, with flexibility and dedication to maximize our client`s value
