Customer Success Manager (m/f) in french speaking countries Switzerland, France, Belgium/Luxembourg

Role + Responsibilities



  • You ensure that the customer realizes the optimum value potential of their investment through effective adoption of the contracted Products, Solutions and Services

  • You establish and drive optimization programs based on an agreed roadmap

  • You elaborate and implement the customer success playbook within the customer’s and Endress+Hauser’s global organizations

  • You continuously monitor the progress and lead actions to achieve the goals aligned with the global E+H resources

  • You collaborate with the Strategic Account Management team to ensure the expansion and renewal of our relationship

  • You address the Strategic Account in its corporate location, footprint of your action should also include connection with different business units of the customer’s organization, potentially generating some international travels


 


 


Qualification + Profile



  • Bachelor of Science, preferably in Engineering

  • Experience in a similar role will be valued

  • Business and production processes understanding

  • Deep customer centricity approach

  • Consulting competencies

  • Structured and well-organized

  • Language: French and Fluent English mandatory

  • Open to international travels
