The People Support Solutions (PSS) organization brings its purpose to life by providing our colleagues worldwide with integrated HR solutions tailored to their needs. We are a team that works very closely together to ensure good employee relations, anticipate our customers' future needs, and proactively develop solutions. The Global Training Team (GTT) is responsible for the coordination of the onboarding training activities for new and existing employees within PSS.
The Position
We are looking for a talented Global Training Team - Student Support (GTTS) to support our GTT project team in our daily business. In this very versatile and responsible position, you will work on a global level covering the following main tasks:
Training roll-outs regarding the ServiceNow implementation
Co-designing and making updates to documentations, presentations, Google Sites as well as training materials
Preparing social media content and postings, e.g. for Google Currents
Recommending ways of integrating and automating processes e.g. proposing possibilities to simplify the onboarding process of new employees
Draft, plan and help with the creation of training videos for self-study purposes
Analyze the success of training roll-outs in PSS and creation of feedback surveys
Proposing and implementing improvements to the global program and turn it into sustainable solutions
Who you are
You are an ambitious student, who is currently enrolled in an International Communications, Business, Economic Psychology or Business Informatics degree. Students in other related degrees may also apply. You would like to experience working in an environment where you have the opportunity to interact with people on an international and cross-cultural level.
Moreover, you are:
Interested and affine for people related topics and creativity
Committed and self-motivated
A person with emotional intelligence and able to handle intercultural relationships
Bringing strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Good at solving problems and working independently
Action oriented, reliable and customer centric
Proficient in English (any other languages are a plus)
