What can you expect? 

• You will be responsible for responding and solving support tickets


• You will configure virtual environments and cloud platforms 


• You will be in charge of installing and configuring cloud related products on multiple platforms


• Together with your colleagues, you will diagnose and solve issues at a network, server, file system, database, and application level


• You will perform a health check and monitor the performance of the systems, as well as monitor, identify and escalate security checks and incidents across platforms


• You will be able to identify opportunities to achieve continuous improvement and repeatable processes
   

You have..

• A demonstrated experience in a similar role of minimum 2 years


• Experience installing software packages on multiple platforms


• Good knowledge of TCP/IP networks


• Experience with provisioning and supporting Cloud platforms


• Understand relational database concepts including users and security


• Knowledge of best practices regarding security, networking & system management


• Exposure to SDL and deployment best practices


• Exposure to containers  such as Docker,, lxc,  ECS


• Experience with configuration scripting languages is a strong plus
