Purpose:

• Maintain a balanced production plan for an AI or an Intermediate on a 12 month horizon


• Manage Active Ingredient Supply Plans in a Tactical Supply Plan agreed with the AI SCP based on capacity and safety parameters agreed


• Establish and maintain strong relationships with toller(s) to enable transparency and optimization of capacity usage

In this role you will:

• Maintain the overall supply/demand through a review of the AI net demand and the creation of balanced production plans over the current season (up to 12 mth horizon).


• Work with AI SCP to ensure appropriate balance between manufacturing responsiveness, cost efficiency and inventory holding


• Manage AI Supply Plans in a Tactical Supply Plan agreed with the AI SCP based on capacity and safety parameters agreed


• Establish and maintain strong relationships with toller(s) to enable transparency and optimization of capacity usage


• Manage the Toller(s) specific aspects (codes, etc.) of the range management process for global AI's and intermediates (product life-cycle), ensuring both the efficient introduction and removal of products where appropriate


• Measure and report production performance, OTIF, IRA, etc to Toller Review process
