You will become an imperative part of the team by being a Leader of extranet network engineers globally. Ensure processes are defined, documented, and followed. Manage resource commitments for extranet specific projects and support needs. Work closely with intranet and security leads and architects to ensure high levels of service.

  Accountabilities:

  • Incident, Problem, and Change management functions; escalation point for extranet issues

  • Define and ensure OLA targets are met

  • Prioritization, assignment, and execution of projects needing implemented by the network team

  • Reporting on operational performance of the team and the network

  • Build and maintain a staff of highly skilled network security engineers

  • Ensure proper scheduling and global time zone coverage for all sites/network globally

  • Define and participate in on-call and escalation processes to ensure issues are being worked when they occur

  • Define, document, and implement engagement and operational processes as required

 

Qualifications

 

  • 4-year college degree

  • 3+ years’ experience building and leading a high-functionality and geographically dispersed team

  • Proven track record of defining, planning, and executing a cloud networking and network security roadmap

  • 5+ years’ experience and expert level knowledge in Palo Alto Next Generation Firewalls and Global Protect

  • 5+ years’ experience with Cisco ASRs, NX, ASA

  • 3+ years’ experience working with Zscaler (ZIA and/or ZPA)

  • 5+ years’ experience in supporting large networks

  • 5+ years’ experience leading and participating in large scale projects in complex network environments

  • 5+ years’ experience with VPN & Zero Trust solutions (PulseSecure, GlobalProtect, ZScaler)

  • 2+ years’ experience with Meraki wireless systems

  • 2+ years’ experience with

  • 3+ years’ experience AWS & Azure networking

  • 2+ years’ experience with Network Management Tools (Nagios, SevOne, SolarWinds, etc.)

  • Familiarity with DevOps, Automation, and Scripting (Python, Ansible, Terraform, Azure Templates)

  • ITIL Foundation certificate desired

  • Process definition and documentation experience

  • Supplier management experience

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to convey complex topics into executive level briefings
