  • Are you looking for an exciting new challenge? We are offering you a function within the department “Sponsorships & Partnerships” with a diversified portfolio of tasks. In this position, you will be part of the Global Sponsorships & Partnerships management team and lead a small team of 4-5 people. Interested? Then join us!

  • An active role in the definition, management and implementation of the overall sponsorship and partnership strategy

  • The responsibility for the contract and project management for all football partnerships

  • Development and implementation of holistic marketing activation concepts throughout all properties and across Switzerland

  • An opportunity to collaborate and build sustainable relationships with internal and external partners

  • The opportunity to provide functional and personal leadership to your team and establish a positive atmosphere in which people can successfully perform and grow

You Offer

 

  • A higher education or university degree in business administration, marketing or communication

  • At least 6 years of practical experience in a strategic marketing, sponsorship or communication environment including long leadership experience

  • Interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of seniority and experience in presenting to senior audiences

  • Passionate about sponsorship, a strategic approach and an ability to focus on the bigger picture but also on small details

  • Capability to work on own initiative whilst also working collaboratively and deliver on time with a high level of flexibility, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards

  • A dedicated problem solver with a positive, empathetic personality and can-do attitude who loves to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments

  • Fluency in English and German as well as good French skills

  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
