We Offer

 

  • The opportunity to join our Digital Transformation and Product Labs (DTPL), a high performing shared function between Compliance and Risk driving the transformation of front to back processes and delivering on a common data platform with advanced analytics, case management, self-service digital assistance and robotics capabilities

  • You will lead our Data Privacy & Regulatory Risk Management team and be the SME for all legal, data protection risk and regulatory matters for senior management within DTPL

  • Working closely with General Counsel, you and your team will drive legal and regulatory assessments for DTPL products and enable state-of-the-art technologies (e.g. cloud) 

  • You will also drive the review and assessment of all legal or contractual documentation with third party suppliers or clients, as well as intra-group agreements (e.g. outsourcing)

  • In collaboration with the Platform and Security teams, you will ensure that access to DTPL platforms, applications and data are in line with legal and regulatory requirements globally

  • You will advise and support DTPL senior management on the appropriate protection of valuable Intellectual Property and confidential data

  • Your role will also include preparing materials for and meeting with regulators

You Offer

 

  • Higher education in Law, Business, Economics or any comparable field, combined with proven experience of at least 10 years on cross-border legal, IT, data protection or outsourcing topics in Banking, Financial Services or Consulting

  • You are able to define effective business solutions and present them in front of senior management partners

  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to independently and accurately assess and prioritize legal and business risks from a privacy and data protection perspective in a fast-paced environment

  • A successful track record of team leadership and knowledge of IT infrastructures will be an asset 

  • Business proficiency in English, German would be a plus

  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, results-oriented and collaborative personality who interacts with colleagues in a spirit of true team work 

  • We are looking for a self-starter with a positive personality, committed to ongoing learning, who loves to share knowledge with others
