Your responsibility is in developing and managing the digital strategy of one of our most dynamic business unit as well as developing and implementing the related marketing activities together with Global Product managers in the BU. Firestop helps to protect buildings and save lives – it’s also a legal requirement. But designing for passive fire protection can get complex – with multiple ways to block the spread of fire, smoke and toxic gases through penetrations caused by pipes, cables or ducts.

You will develop the digital strategy for an entire Business Unit. For That purpose, you will perform market analysis, analyse digital trends, research competition and identify new digital opportunities relevant for our business unit.
You will also take over the responsibility of generating engagement in our firestop community through effective internal communication. Key will be to leverage your expertise on different internal communication channels, like newsletters, webinars and more.
As the key contact point for our Hilti website team in the BU, you will also ensure that our Hilti website is best in class in terms of the quality of the information and ease of selecting the right solution.
Together with the Global Product Manager community and the markets you will also develop business plans for digital initiatives, to secure and expand existing digital business as well as new online business opportunities. (websites, corporate communications, social media, editorials and articles etc.)
