Finance Manager (80-100%) - German speaking

We are looking for a German speaking Finance Manager (80-100%) who will take ownership of a variety of finance tasks and draw upon his previous experience to actively participate in and develop the finance function for the next growth steps. 


 


What you will do



  • Structure and maintain Locatee’s cash flow planning and support future financing rounds

  • Manage projects coming up through the growth (e.g. new entities, tax matters, finance applications)

  • Manage the financial planning process and be the SPOC for all internal stakeholders

  • Manage trade receivables and trade payables with the relevant team members and set up processes to enable our growth

  • Support the leadership team in financial and internal operational regards

  • Development and maintenance of a documentation of most important finance processes

  • Ideally, take over responsibility for Payroll and HR-administration matters such as insurances

  • Report to our Head of Finance 

  • Narrowly collaborate with management, board and other stakeholders

  • Coordinate between internal and external stakeholders


What you bring



  • Successfully completed studies in business administration or comparable qualification

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Swiss finance role (Accounting, Finance, Controlling) of a service oriented company

  • Proven ability to understand SaaS companies including their main financial KPIs

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to self organize

  • Leadership qualities and communication skills

  • Fluent in English and German 

  • Enjoy working in fastly growing teams with a start-up atmosphere

  • Valid Swiss work permit or CH/EU passport
