Agile Coach (f/m)

  • Drive and shape the agility journey at Datwyler together with the leadership team and the agility volunteers

  • Coach the agile teams in agile mindset, principles, behaviour, values and self-organization

  • Work with and coach the leadership team to adopt an agile leadership style and to establish cross-functional teams where possible

  • Develop agile coaches and coach them to become ambassadors for the agility movement

  • Communicate about the agility movement into the organisation

  • Plan and organise agility training sessions and bootcamps

  • Be an active member of the Agility Centre of Excellence to represent the agile point of view for the organization 

  • Foster a collaborative, cross-functional environment in which to build great products, solve customer needs, and continuously improve

  • Collaborate and facilitate activities in the organization that enable and foster the adoption of an enterprise-wide scaled agile framework 


Our requirements


 



  • At least 3 years of experience in the implementation of agile ways of working (e.g. scrum, design thinking, Kanban, agile leadership) 

  • Certified Scrum Master and/or Product Owner and a profound experience as trainer and team coach

  • Enthusiasm for Lean and Agile topics and to drive problem solving and continuous improvement 

  • Strong empathy traits, able to remain objective and constructive in all situations

  • Patient, persistent, optimistic, self-motivated and determined; results driven and goal oriented

  • Ability to facilitate constructive debate and resolve disagreements and conflicts constructively

  • Ability to develop, foster teamwork and to gauge how the team is doing and to drive the necessary actions to improve

  • Fluent written and oral English skills (Level C2), basic knowledge of German and/or Italian is very welcome
