Type of contact: Permanent contract 

As Operations Controller, you will act as a business partner for the Head of Operations. You will play a key role in driving and supporting the financial agenda in the Operations area. 

• Co-pilot to the Operations Manager in terms of strategic direction setting and day to day decision support.


• Participate in the operations strategy development process and ensure the plans are executed in line with the strategy.


• Identification and exploitation of new opportunities to optimize the operation (production and logistic)


• Drive efficiently the planning processes including the alignment of CFO and Head of Operations (Budgets, Forecasts, Strategic Planning)


• Ensuring accurate, transparent, consistent and timely Financial Accounting records and reporting submissions, in full compliance with NAS and other corporate and legal standards


• Ensure high level of quality for the period end close process and reporting in Operations

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering or Accounting


• At least 5 years of experience working in a similar role within FMCG industry


• Previous experience working with fabrics is mandatory 


• Solid grounding in controlling, accounting and financial planning positions and good Costing experiences & competences


• Fluent in French and English, German is a plus
