Job Description

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Define and execute a Medical Information technology roadmap in collaboration with various Medical Affairs functions (globally and locally), IT, vendors, and other departments as needed.

• Ensure adoption of Medical Information solutions and provide continuous improvements to solutions and associated processes.

• Drive the delivery of impactful KPIs, metrics and other forms of analytics supporting Global Medical Information and the broader Takeda Medical Affairs organization.

• Monitor technology advancements, software vendors offering and Medical Information best practices to recommend innovative relevant solutions to deliver new internal or external services supporting CMO’s mission around Medical Information support and Medical Evidence delivery.

• Collaborate with other GMA Solutions & Analytics team members to identify and execute cross-functional projects supporting CMO’s objectives related to KOL Engagement, Knowledge Management or other Medical Affairs activities.

• Ensure that all appropriate functional support and operational management frameworks are in place and adequate for all Medical Information solutions.
