Clinical Development & Education Manager


We are looking for an experienced Audiologist to join our Audiology Leadership and Training team. In this role you are responsible for fostering Phonak’s leadership in best practice clinical development and training within the hearing care community by developing marketing, sales and training resources to enhance and increase uptake of clinical innovations to drive business.


 


Your tasks


 



  • Create innovative and relevant presentations and training resources on a variety of audiology and industry   topics to be used globally across the organization and at audiology conferences and events

  • Provide audiological knowledge and expertise to support the creation of tools for our audiology leadership initiatives

  • Continuously monitor and implement improvements to our training ecosystem targeted both to our internal staff globally and also to support hearing care professionals and customers

  • Use sales experience and audiological knowledge in creation of tools and resources to support global sales teams

  • Be an ambassador of the audiological heritage of Phonak by representing at international conferences and publishing in trade journals

  • Co-ordinates and supports the organization of audiology conferences and events

  • Initiate research studies and clinical pilots to support audiology leadership initiatives in accordance with the study approval process


 


Your profile


 



  • Recognized degree in Audiology with deep up-to-date industry knowledge

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fitting hearing aids

  • Experience in commercial sales to hearing care professionals

  • Proven expertise in presenting to large multi-cultural groups and in creating educational materials

  • Creative and open-minded team player with can-do attitude

  • Ability to effectively work in cross-functional teams

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to assert oneself

  • Willingness to travel internationally

  • Excellent spoken and written English skills, other languages are an asset
