  • An exciting and challenging role in our Private Banking Latin America team located in Zurich

  • In this position you will be part of a highly motivated team in an international, dynamic and diverse environment in one of the most attractive and strategic segments with growth opportunities

  • You deliver an excellent service to our clients, ensuring smooth execution and acting as sparring partner and coordinator to enable Relationship Managers to further develop their business

  • As a Client Manager you develop a deep understanding and take the overall operational responsibility of the managed client book, including the coordination and management of risk and compliance topics

  • You are in daily contact with our sophisticated clients as well as with our internal specialists and stakeholders (products, asset management, compliance, credit)

  • You deliver premium tailor-made advices and services to clients and prepare pitches and client presentations in collaboration with Relationship Managers and Investment Consultants

  • You handle complex account openings (e.g. domiciliary companies, trusts, foundations) and ensure smooth execution of client orders, administrative tasks, processes and formalities of the life-cycle of a client (e.g. client reporting’s, cash management, credit issues)

  • High management attention and the chance to build a significant professional and international network across the bank


 


You Offer

 

 



  • A completed banking apprenticeship with further education or university degree and you have gained five or more years of work experience in a similar role

  • You have completed the SAQ certification (or are currently in the process of completing it)

  • You possess profound knowledge of Private Banking processes as well as complex account openings and maintenance

  • You have a background in financial products (big plus)

  • You have an affinity for and knowledge of Institutional Customers served from Private Banking

  • You are committed to taking responsibility for maintaining the highest standards with respect to our risk and control culture in order to meet the bank’s policies and obligations

  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and high level of customer orientation that enables you to quickly gain trust and build up efficient relationships with your clients

  • You have a strong ability to cope with pressure and a high level of proactivity, flexibility and responsibility

  • Fluency in English and Spanish are required; German would be an asset
