Laboratory Technician in Halin Lab

We are an international and dynamic group performing biomedical research in the fields of immunology and vascular biology. Our labs are located at ETH Hönggerberg, Zürich (www.pharmaceutical-immunology.ethz.ch/about-us.html). We are currently looking for a motivated Technician / Lab Manager to support our team. The ideal starting date for this position is February 2021.

Job description

You will be in charge of practical organization and administration of the laboratory (approx. 50%) and contribute experimentally to ongoing research projects (approx. 50%).

Your profile

• Master degree in Biology or apprenticeship as a biology laboratory technician


• Experience in molecular biology techniques, cell culture, flow cytometry and microscopy is desirable


• Fluency in English and German


• Good communication and social skills as well as organizational talent


• Ability to work both independently and in a team


• Valid work permit in Switzerland
