The responsibilities of this role include:

The scope of the role is to serve 1 agile teams (of 4 engineers and a PO)
Its main tasks include:
– Foster collaboration
– Coordinate with other teams and the Release Train
– Coach the Scrum team and where needed also the organization around it on Scrum values, principles, and practices
– Manage impediments, eliminate waste, support team health, help solve team internal problems
– Transfer knowledge and experiences also within the release train
Bachelor degree, master degree or equivalent in an engineering education – preferably IT, or an ATM background.
– 5+ years solid experience in the role of a Scrum master in complex and Release Train (SAFe) environments
– Good know-how of software engineering practices
– Very good French (verbal) and English (verbal and written). Good command of German is a plus.
