You will join a team, which runs the Business Management of Credit Suisse Trust. Supporting Senior Management in different aspects, but also running projects within Credit Suisse Trust are the key elements of the mandate. This role offers you the chance to use your project management skills at its best, but also to have a close interaction with the business lines and functions. As a result you are in a position to further fine-tune the Operating Model of CST. It allows you to foster the relationship to all stakeholders and business in different functions and hierarchical levels and to finally help to position Business Management as an esteemed, reliable instance. In this role, you will be reporting to the Head of CS Trust Business Management.


 


Your key responsibilities will include:



  • The ideal combination of specialization in the field of banking/structures with further enhancement of your consulting, project management and leadership experience

  • Major projects initiated by CST top management - Opportunity to influence strategic positioning and target operating model of Credit Suisse Trust

  • Run successfully business projects

  • High autonomy

  • Close interaction with CST and the Credit Suisse senior management and a platform for building up a network within the bank, as an ideal form to propel your career

  • Close co-ordination and alignment with all stakeholders along the value chain based in Zurich and in the Trust Centers abroad

  • Handling and coordination of ad-hoc requests in collaboration with CS Trust internal and external stakeholders

  • Share your knowledge with the team members, but also educate stakeholders in ex-cathedra teachings

  • Lead and foster skills of a small team of Project Managers


 


You Offer

 

  • An above-average university degree, ideally with a specialization in business, economics or engineering

  • Demonstrated ability in managing projects and strategic initiatives with leadership experience

  • Excellent analytical-conceptual skills, structured and result-driven way of working, and ability to get things done in an operating environment

  • First-rate communication skills and experience in collaborating with different hierarchy levels

  • Drive, creative energy and enjoyment in generating creative solutions to complex problems

  • A sharp & proactive mind-set combined with a ‘can-do-attitude’

  • Sound understanding of regulatory and industry relevant developments

  • Motivation, engagement, service orientation and flexibility with strong interest in Financial Institutions environment

  • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills

  • Strong presentation skills and proficiency in English and German (both written and oral)
