COMET Plasma Control Technologies is a leading expert in RF power delivery and a global innovation partner of RF related businesses. Our customers are primarily manufacturers in the semiconductor and adjacent industries.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated personality for our division Industrial Plasma Control Technologies at our location in Flamatt as CI and IT Specialist (m/f)

In this function you will be entrusted with the following main tasks:

• Take responsibility supporting our R&D team with the necessary IT infrastructure and tools in the smartLAB


• Maintain and extend continuous integration infrastructure


• Maintain and extend test and analysis automation


• Maintain and extend smartLAB network


• Support and maintain Windows 10 clients


• Documentation in English

For this function you bring the following requirements:

• Solid background in computer science (BA or MA Level)


• Substantial experience in Git (BitBucket), Jenkins


• Experience and in-depth knowledge on administration of MS and Linux Servers as well as Virtualization


• Hands on experience with scripting and automation, e.g., Bash, PowerShell & Python


• Experience with deployment systems such as Artifactory are helpful


• Experience with IIS and apache Web Servers


• Ideally a good knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies


• Experience in supporting and maintaining Win10 clients


• Experience in Jira and Confluence


• DevOps experience would be a plus


• Knowledge in Network architecture, firewall configuration is helpful


• Proficient speaker of English and local language
