E-Commerce Intern

Your role : Assist E-commerce Project Leader & Data Managers to improve the online customer experience on L’Occitane worldwide websites


 


Missions :


E-commerce customer experience :



  • Assist in animating our “Conversion Rate Optimization” club

  • Assist in rolling out successful A/B tests on our e-commerce platforms

  • Assist in A/B testing new features

  • Follow the implementation of new features on the different websites

  • Assist the deployment of a website personalization strategy


 


Digital Analytics



  • Assist local markets with GA & GTM usage, supported by central team

  • Assist in GA/GTM data quality inspection initiatives

  • Assist in defining and deploying a data governance model 

  • Participate in projects to ensure GDRP/e-Privacy compliance

  • Support social media and content teams with measurement 

  • Analyze customer verbatims on a regular basis to highlight pain points and help build a continuous improvements roadmap


 


Best practices sharing:



  • Collect results on local operations and ease sharing between teams

  • Ensure best practices are implemented on the different websites

  • Benchmark: Perform competitor analysis and report findings 


 


Education required & position requirements : 



  • Students - Master level (internship agreement mandatory)

  • Fluent in English (mandatory)

  • Experience in digital and/or beauty industry

  • Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills. 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 

  • Interest for beauty industry and digital trends. 

  • Experience with a CMS / basic HTML and CSS skills is a plus. 

  • Experience with GA and GTM is a plus.
