For our Domestic Marketing Team in Switzerland we are looking for a
Head of Innovation (m/w) 100%
responsible to build and lead our innovation strategy, pipeline and mindset.
YOUR TASK:
Be a strategist: Build a vision and strategy of what we want to achieve with innovation and a clear plan on how to get there
Foster innovation: Create a general atmosphere, as well as specific moments that encourage ideas. Create the culture required for employees to embrace change and innovation
Be an entrepreneur: See the overall business context and ensure long-term health of the company through innovation but also improvements on existing products / processes
Drive projects Successfully: Create and maintain project schedules for cross functional projects within the whole company – take fully over the enabler role
Generate meaningful insights: Translate data, consumer behavior as well as business challenges into valuable insights
Research, observe and analyze: Know how to get and analyze data; be always curiously on the look for inputs / ideas within and outside of the company
Lead by example: Build and motivate the team to grow beyond themselves and create a positive work environment. Inspire them to determine the best path to success
Be an influencer: Convince and excite all stakeholders and show resilience where needed. Pitch your ideas with enthusiasm and conviction so that you will be followed
YOUR PROFILE:
Completed Master’s degree
A minimum of 8-10 years work experience in innovation, product development and product management in leading companies. Consumer product experience preferred.
Inspiring and visionary leader with an entrepreneurial mindset and a high level of curiosity
Good cross functional influencing skills, change agent and approachable team player
Strong strategic and analytical thinking ability and business understanding
Hands on personality with high degree of resilience, acting comfortably with risk and uncertainty
Fluent German and English language skills
